NHC HomeCare Franklin is looking for an energetic, people-focused Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Clinical Manager!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leading others, coordinating excellent patient care, and making a real impact in the community.
✨ Position Highlights:
✔ Lead and support a small team of clinicians
✔ Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and hospitals
✔ Ensure high-quality home health services
✔ Help recruit, educate, and mentor clinical staff
✔ Provide occasional patient care while overseeing overall operations
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Active RN license (TN or compact)
• Minimum 3 years RN experience
• At least 6 months of home health experience
• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong skills in med/surg, wound care, wound vacs, IV therapy, and disease management
• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and enthusiastic leader
