After watching Alex Clark's podcast with The Worm Queen and having so many of my patient's doing parasite cleanses, I decided to give it a go. I usually steer away from the parasites talk when It comes to me b/c I had a unpleasant experience as a child that involved round worms and till this day I get sweaty and grossed out when I see even an earth worm.
I love the gentle aspect of these formulas and all the resources they provide for you.

Tragic episodes in the last few weeks left many of us grieving, specially a week ago today. Many of us are going through the aftermath of all of those events as well as the mess that the algorithms have created. I pray that we all receive peace that surpasses understanding. Please hold the space for others and try to lovingly understand that some people just don't know God and perhaps you can share or pray for them to experience the love of Jesus.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”

I was 22, he was 23. We started as buds then dated. One morning he asked me if I was off, because he had the day off, then said today is a good day to get married. So we did. We went to the courthouse, had his cousin marry us, then we went to taco bell and a car race. His grandma knew, she grabbed me a rose from the garden and said "you crazy kids, you have to tell your parents" we took that as her blessing. My mom was out of the country, let's say my fam was not happy with our spontaneous decisions but they sorda expected that from me...28 years later here we are! Thank you Jesus for watching over us all these years while we wondered through the desert until we were 30.
