We would like to welcome the newest member of our team, Amanda Puckett! Amanda graduated from the University of the District of Columbia in 2018 and has accumulated over 5 years of research experience. She moved to Nashville in 2021 and has worked with various specialties including neurology, psychiatry, and sleep disorders. We are excited to have her head our COPD trials. Welcome, Amanda!

Lindsey has been with CTC for a year as of May 1 2023. Prior to CTC she worked as a IPC/QA nurse with NHC for 6 years. She is certified in infection prevention and control. She has been in the medical field for a total of 20 years with several different areas in nursing(ER, ortho, medsurg, outpatient surgery… to name a few).
She is currently enrolled at ETSU to complete RN BSN and an Undergraduate Certificate in Public Health Fundamentals for Field Professionals.
Lindsey heads our IPF/ILD studies. We are lucky to have her!

Congratulations to our long time employee, Jessica Wallan, CCRC. She recently celebrated her 4th employment anniversary with us. As CTCs first hire in 2019, she has been with us since the beginning. She started out as our lone clinical research coordinator and transitioned to clinical research director in 2021. In her time with us, she has trained new coordinators and has run multiple studies from start-up to close out. Jessica has over 12 years in the medical field with more than 6 of those years in clinical research. CTC looks forward to many more years working with Jessica.

The Clinical Trials Center of Middle Tennessee opened its doors in 2019 and has grown substantially over the past 4 years. Currently, we have multiple pulmonary trials for COPD, Asthma, Chronic Cough, and Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Christian has been with CTC since March of 2022. He attended the University of Tennessee, graduating magna cm laude with a BS in Neuroscience in 2021. While at UT, Christian participated in undergraduate research in biomedical engineering and was a member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band. Since joining CTC, he has worked on several different pulmonary trials, currently leading our chronic cough studies. In his free time, Christian enjoys fishing, golfing, and cheering on the Volunteers!
