We had 2 successful Gluten Free Sourdough Loaves this morning! The one on the left was slightly more hydrated than the one on the right. Both taste the same!! Share with your Gluten Free friends!!!

Actively working on Gluten Free Sourdough. I have sent a couple loaves out for critique. I am eating some now. We are getting closer!!!

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls. I even brought down the sugar a bit and used Maple Sugar in place of White sugar. I will be making these again and maybe making 20 rolls instead of 10 because they were HUGE!

50/50 Ancient Grains Sandwich bread was a success! They are a little overdone because I am learning new pans, and the flour is different so I am sure that plays into it too.

Experimenting with Ancient Grains. Ancient Grains are the healthiest flour that you can consume. Traditional flour is stripped of all nutritional and health values. I will post an update tmrw, as soon as I pull it out of the oven!

Sourdough success while traveling!

Sourdough is so AMAZING! I took a trip to Denver. I put 1 tbsp of unfed starter in a container. It traveled 6 hours with me. When I got to the place I am staying, I fed and watered him really well. Little Dough-Key is so happy!!!

If you have been putting off making sourdough because it’s too hard, it’s not!!!!
