I think……. I have a Gluten Free Dairy Free sourdough loaf that is NOT dense and it’s going to have a better crumb than the previous versions.

GF sourdough is a DIFFERENT ballgame and I think I have found the secret ingredient.

In the loafs I have been making, whey is in the ingredient list, as is milk. Whey acts as a stabilizer but it’s been bothering me, what about the GF DF people?!? Then my daughter went DF.

I will update as soon as I cut into it but it looks good!!

I have some super exciting news!
I have been given the opportunity to make some goodies for a store opening up in Franklin, to sell in their store!

Right now the list is: my Oatmeal Honey Soap, Whipped Tallow face cream, GF and Regular Sourdough Loaves and Shampoo Bars! As soon as they are open and their sign is up, we will post it here! From what I can tell it’s going to have all of the things! I can’t wait!

Ok. This is for the people who want to do Sourdough but think it’s too hard. This is my current process, start to finish for bread.

Basic Sourdough:
200 grams of Starter
1000 grams of flour
20 grams salt
600 grams water
