We had a wonderful evening last night with almost 50 mothers and daughters at the Made to Bloom event!

Made to Bloom is a two-part series designed to help mothers and daughters approach puberty with confidence, clarity, and joy, rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person.

First, parents gather virtually for Parent Prep Night, where we’ll talk through practical language, common barriers, and how to approach these conversations in a way that is peaceful and life-giving.

Then mothers and daughters come together for a special in-person evening where girls will learn about their changing bodies, the menstrual cycle, and the beauty of how they were created, all presented in a modest, respectful, and faith-centered way.

Our hope is simple:
That girls leave feeling honored and grateful for the bodies God gave them, and mothers leave feeling equipped and confident for the conversations ahead.

✨ Ideal for girls ages 10–13 and their mothers

We are so grateful for this incredible turn out, and that more mothers and daughters are equipped to have these life-giving conversations! Stay tuned for details on our next Made to Bloom series! 🌸

There’s something special about a place that understands the season of life you’re in.

At Fiat, caring for families isn’t just what we do… it’s what we’re living too. 💛

Caroline and Ashlynn are both in the little baby season, balancing babies and work just like so many of the moms we care for every day.

It’s a beautiful reminder that healthcare should feel human, supportive, and rooted in real life.

What does a thorough women’s health evaluation actually look like—and why do so many women leave appointments feeling like their symptoms were never fully examined?

In this episode of the Fiat Health Podcast, Amanda and Maddie walk through what happens during an initial women’s health visit at Fiat Integrative Health, from detailed health histories to the labs that help uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.

They explain why “normal” lab ranges often miss the patterns behind the fatigue, infertility, PMS, and irregular cycles, and how the menstrual cycle itself is an important vital sign of every woman. Amanda and Maddie also explain why the timing of lab work matters and how interpreting results in context of a cycle can reveal what standard testing often overlooks.

Their goal isn’t simply to rule out disease, but to understand why the body is struggling in the first place and how to restore it to health. If you’ve ever been told your labs are “normal” but you still don’t feel well, this episode is for you.

Spring is here… and so are the allergies. 🌿🤧

We’re throwing it back to Episode 13 of the Fiat Health Podcast, where Caroline and Ashlynn talk all about allergies and what you can actually do to find relief.

In this episode, they walk through practical ways to manage symptoms, from dietary changes and herbal teas to medications for more severe cases. The biggest takeaway? Consistency matters. Whatever approach you choose, sticking with it is often what brings real relief.

If seasonal allergies hit you every spring, this episode is a great place to start.

You’ve probably heard it before: “Your labs look normal.”

But what if normal isn’t the same as optimal?

In Episode 36 of the Fiat Health Podcast, Amanda and Maddie walk through what a truly thorough women’s health evaluation looks like—and why the timing and interpretation of lab work matters more than most people realize.

Understanding your health isn’t just about ruling out disease. It’s about understanding why your body may be struggling in the first place.
