Meet the Athletes 🔥 Get Reit Stay Reit is proud to congratulate Suzanna Cabe, a 2028 graduate who has trained at our facility since the 7th grade. Now 15 years old and standing 5’4”, Suzanna is a versatile outfielder/utility player whose consistency, work ethic, and coachability have set her apart from day one.

Her commitment to development has produced outstanding results, including 2025 All-State and All-District honors. Competing with the elite Fury Platinum X organization, Suzanna helped secure a National Championship, multiple tournament titles, and made history by breaking the single-season strikeout record with 181 strike outs in 2025. We’re honored to be a small part of her journey and excited to continue supporting her path toward collegiate softball. Amazing job 💪🏻

Wellspring For Life classes offer simple, enjoyable, and effective practices to help you live any season of life with ease and joy. Your instructor is a registered member of Yoga Alliance and certified in various wellness modalities.

Give yourself the gift of health and well-being for this holiday season!

Yoga for Every Body: Stretch, strengthen and reduce stress Some equipment will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, strap, and blocks if you have them. Contact the instructor before class if modifications for chair, walker, or wheelchair are needed.

EnerChi connects mind, body, and breath using Tai Chi and Qigong in a meditative movement practice. No equipment is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to breathe and move easily. Flat shoes with a non-slip sole, or non-slip yoga socks, are recommended. Contact the instructor before class if modifications for chair, walker, or wheelchair are needed.

Cost is $15 for a drop-in. Winter specials: $100 for 8 classes ($12.50/class), must be used within 2 months; $160 for 16 classes ($10/class), must be used within 2 months, and $160 for a one-month, all-access pass to all Yoga for Every Body and Enerchi Classes. Classes are free for medicare recipients who qualify for SilverSneakers membership.
