Our Lantern residents celebrated Mardi Gras with some delicious Louisiana-inspired cuisine. Our Maintenance Director, Don, made a big batch of jambalaya, and residents joined in by preparing a dip to share. 🍲

Good food, teamwork, and plenty of conversation made it a festive afternoon.
