Congratulations Amber Lambert, Unit Manager/LPN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Amber has been a valued part of the Franklin Meadows family and at American Senior Communities on and off since 2013. Adored by her residents, families, and coworkers alike, she truly embodies the core values of a Quest for Excellence winner.
Amber is known as a dedicated team player, always willing to help others and ensuring residents are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Her bubbly personality, lighthearted spirit, and big heart bring comfort and joy to those she serves, while her steady dedication provides reassurance to residents and their families.
Inspired by her passion for caring for the geriatric population, Amber has built a career defined by kindness, compassion, and integrity. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three, recently welcoming her newest child in August 2025. Amber loves family time and is especially fond of time spent outdoors with her children.
Amber’s coworkers describe her spirit as inspiring and her dedication as heartfelt. Her love for her residents and commitment to providing the best quality of life possible make her an invaluable part of Franklin Meadows.
