I don't care for the way they almost make light of the use of colors and dyes... but at least someone is acknowledging that it can cause symptoms.

I'm sure I have plenty of people out there busting their tails in the gym and not seeing the results they are wanting to attain. The body has a way of getting used to an activity and adapting so that activity becomes easily efficient for it to be accomplished. Changing things up is where results are more easily found. This is a big part of what I do and why my patients are satisfied with their weight loss and fitness goals. Ask me...change is good.

Had a great meal last night... Grilled some chicken, put it on a bed of lettuce and covered it in bruschetta tomatoes. Had a few chunks of mozarrella in there, but not much fat added. Light and refreshing.

57 pounds down in 45 days!!!!! This boy is doing it right. Lost 7 pounds in the last week while traveling. He made all the right choices and did well. I am impressed. I can't wait to see his next blood work. Great job!
