Bayou Bend Health System is currently hiring for a Director of Plant Operations to join our team. This position is responsible for supervision and coordination of personnel and functions for the daily activities engaged in operation and maintenance of the physical plant facilities & equipment, Emergency Management, Security, and Bio-Med.

Requirements: high school diploma, 5 years' plant operations experience in a healthcare or hospital setting, supervisory experience, ability to read blueprints/equipment schematics, knowledge of building codes, excellent customer service, project management, and communication skills.
