The CSC Next Gen Group met for their second relaunched meeting in San Juan, PR this month!

We were excited to welcome Ed Eppley for an interactive workshop on the Working Genius Model. Together, the group explored: what our teams are naturally great at, where teams unintentionally get stuck, how meetings can instantly improve, how to build greater balance within your organization, and much more. Ed sparked meaningful self-reflection, honest conversation, and practical takeaways. Thank you, Ed, for your energy!

We were also joined by Scott Burke, CEO & Owner of Loop Linen Service, who shared his family’s story, lessons, and thoughtful advice for each next generation leader. Scott’s transparency and perspective made a lasting impact - we’re grateful you were able to make the time to be with us.

How it's made: M+A Matting edition. 🏭

The SOAPP Group kicked off the year with a trip to LaGrange to tour the production facilities behind the mats they work with every day—from tufting to rubber production, they saw it all. Levi M. Nix, MBA followed up with a deep dive into mat laundering best practices: what works, what doesn't, and everything in between.
