Last week, CSC proudly hosted the relaunch of our Next Generation Group!

This group of future leaders gathered in Nashville to learn, connect, and share experiences about what it means to lead a family business. Sessions featured Mark Noon on change leadership and getting employees on board, Doug Gray, PhD on succession planning and business continuity, and Colin Wetlaufer and Ben Warnecke, two CSC Board Members, who shared their experiences transitioning from "Next Gen" to "The Gen." Between learning and discussion, attendees enjoyed exploring Nashville, a group dinner, and a Predators hockey game. 🏒🎶

CSC is proud to support the future of independently owned industrial laundries. These rising leaders are the ones who will carry our industry forward, and we’re honored to play a part in helping them grow and build lifelong connections.

We’ll meet again in February 2026—location to be announced, but rumor has it somewhere warm and sunny! ☀️

We had the opportunity to tour ' impressive facility, The Rock, and get a closer look at the products we work with every day. A big thank you to Rich Pland and the Bulwark + Red Kap merchandisers for giving us an exciting preview of the next generation of IL uniforms!

We also appreciated Ray Shabandarian from Performance Matters' engaging presentation on Hiring, Retention, and Renewals. His insights sparked great discussions and gave us all a chance to reflect on and improve our current processes.
