How it's made: M+A Matting edition. 🏭

The SOAPP Group kicked off the year with a trip to LaGrange to tour the production facilities behind the mats they work with every day—from tufting to rubber production, they saw it all. Levi M. Nix, MBA followed up with a deep dive into mat laundering best practices: what works, what doesn't, and everything in between.

This month marks Ashton’s 2nd anniversary with CSC! In just two years, Ashton has led the charge in welcoming a record number of new members to the network, including an impressive 13 new members in 2025 alone. She also oversees the SECURE Group, the HR Management Conference, CSC Promotions, and webinars, helping ensure CSC continues to deliver meaningful training and resources across the network.

When asked about her favorite part of working at CSC, Ashton shared:

“My favorite part of working at CSC is the people. I’ve met so many incredible people who have welcomed me into the industry with open arms and taught me so much in such a short time. I’m deeply grateful for the experiences I’ve had and for the opportunity to help create those same experiences for others. CSC feels like a gift that keeps on giving.”
