This month marks Ashton’s 2nd anniversary with CSC! In just two years, Ashton has led the charge in welcoming a record number of new members to the network, including an impressive 13 new members in 2025 alone. She also oversees the SECURE Group, the HR Management Conference, CSC Promotions, and webinars, helping ensure CSC continues to deliver meaningful training and resources across the network.

When asked about her favorite part of working at CSC, Ashton shared:

“My favorite part of working at CSC is the people. I’ve met so many incredible people who have welcomed me into the industry with open arms and taught me so much in such a short time. Happy Holidays from CSCNetwork! 🎄

Our office will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1 as we take time to celebrate the season and prepare for the year ahead.

As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of what we accomplished together welcoming 13 new members, hosting the most in-person trainings since 2018, and helping generate an estimated $60 million in purchasing savings for our membership.

Last week, CSC proudly hosted the relaunch of our Next Generation Group!

This group of future leaders gathered in Nashville to learn, connect, and share experiences about what it means to lead a family business. Sessions featured Mark Noon on change leadership and getting employees on board, Doug Gray, PhD on succession planning and business continuity, and Colin Wetlaufer and Ben Warnecke, two CSC Board Members, who shared their experiences transitioning from "Next Gen" to "The Gen." Between learning and discussion, attendees enjoyed exploring Nashville, a group dinner, and a Predators hockey game. 🏒🎶

CSC is proud to support the future of independently owned industrial laundries. These rising leaders are the ones who will carry our industry forward, and we’re honored to play a part in helping them grow and build lifelong connections.
