Healing takes more than just talking.

In today’s world, mental health care is changing — and many of the most effective approaches help us heal by engaging not only our thoughts, but also our bodies, brains, and relationships.

That’s why we created Live Intentionally 2026 — a speaker series highlighting powerful new therapies that support deeper, long-lasting change. Topics include parenting support through PCIT, OCD education and tools, perinatal therapy, music therapy, and somatic movement therapy.

✨ Featuring a keynote from Dr. Thomas Cabell, Jr., MD, on the connection between emotional life, nervous system regulation, and physical expression.

🎟️ Tickets: $50 | $35 Early Bird through Jan 31
☕ Includes light breakfast + 3 CEUs

“In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it,” - John 1:4-5

At Refuge, we see this light reflected everyday in the courage of those seeking healing and the compassion and generosity of our supporters. We are grateful to be able to provide a place where light breaks through, Hope Grows, and where no one has to walk this road alone. May the light of Christ fill your heart with peace this Christmas and throughout the coming year. 🎄🎄
