❤️ Have you heard of ? It happens when the heart's electrical signals fall out of rhythm, which can lead to an irregular heartbeat and a range of symptoms. Some arrhythmias are harmless, while others may need more attention.
Arrhythmias can affect anyone. If your heartbeat feels a little "off" or you're noticing unusual symptoms, it's best to get it checked out. If you're experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath or fainting, seek emergency care right away.
TOMORROW: Angel Medical Center is excited to offer a FREE stroke support group. Do you know what your numbers mean? They can reveal far more about your health than you might think. Blood pressure naturally rises and falls throughout the day, but when it stays high, your risk rises too. 📈 Nearly half of Americans have high blood pressure, often with no symptoms – that’s why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer.”
