We specialize in addressing injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and chronic pain. People who experience high levels of stress tend to get sick more than others.

Our approach is highly intuitive—We integrate various modalities based on the unique needs communicated by each client’s body. Regular therapeutic massage sessions provide significant benefits beyond the immediate relaxation we enjoy. Combine stress with lack of sleep and poor nutrition, and our immune system's ability to naturally protect itself against bacteria and infection is greatly reduced. Studies have proven that massage even helps with behavioral issues with children. I have worked with a chiropractor for the first half of my career which has made my precision to recognize which modality to apply on the client's pathological condition. I have been practicing since March 2002, and I am very passionate about the art of massage therapy. The longer I practice, the more spiritual my career journey evolves.

Hello, my name is Ali Salisbury.
I bring over 17 years of experience as a Professional Massage Therapist and Bodywork Practitioner and have been a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2006.
Originally from Detroit, MI, I’ve lived in South Carolina and Kentucky, but Tennessee has truly captured my heart since I moved here in 2013.
I’ve raised two wonderful children, who are now adults, and I’m a proud grandparent to two amazing grandchildren.
When I’m not working or studying, my Siberian Huskies, Sebastian and Bella, keep me active and enjoying the outdoors.
