Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute experience designed to reconnect you with your breath, body, and inner calm. This breathwork workshop begins with 15 minutes of gentle movement, then you’ll be guided through a 60-minute breathwork practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded awareness.

Downtown Franklin's biggest shopping weekend of the year is Nov. 7-9th! 😍

The 13th annual Downtown Franklin Holiday Open House is just one week away and features 44 excellent locally owned businesses. This is your chance to support local and maybe even win a fabulous prize! We will be giving away over $1,250 in prizes including ten $100 gift card packages and a grand prize winner - $250 in gift cards to your choice of business(es). 🤯

How it works: Visit any participating location and pick up your 'passport' - a half sheet of paper that has a map, instructions, and an area for your to receive a hole punch/stamp for each location you visit. Visit at least 10 participants and turn in your passport (at any participating location) for your chance to win - it's that easy! You can enter multiple times, and your visits can be on any of the three days. 😎

It’s Halloween week! 🎃💀
