We want this upcoming season to be what it needs to be for you. We are embracing the season and getting cozy by welcoming this phase of quiet, warmth, reflection and contentment. We welcome you to join us for any of the special events below that we have planned for the winter season as we look forward to what spring will have to offer us.

December & January -
Breathwork workshops with Breathwork Boss
We will welcome the inspiring and amazing Candy Irven back to the studio to lead a breathwork workshop in December and January (12/14 & 1/18). Both dates are loaded onto the class schedule - linked in comments. Secure your spot with a cc # and expect an invoice to confirm your booking.

Holiday Studio Open House! 🎄
We will be opening the studio for our version of a holiday party!! Plenty of holiday treats and a FREE “sample edition” mash up class of your favorite instructors and our newer instructors coming in 2026 blended into one holiday themed class. The free class will begin at 6pm with festivus fun to follow! Join us in your favorite holiday gear, relax and enjoy a festive night with friends (hopefully new and old!).
