I hate this. I hate this so much. This is why I believe all women should have an educated support person or doula with them during birth. Something was stolen from this woman that day. No one else may understand because "in the end all that matters is a healthy mom and baby" but that's NOT ALL that matters. The woman in the video knows that. Birth is a rite of passage for a woman and her voice should be heard and respected during birth. This is sickening and I hope this doctor is severely punished. But even so he can never give back what he took from her that day.
