At Paige Prather Smiles in Franklin, TN, we offer a different kind of dental experience. Dr. Paige Prather and her team of experts take a different approach to dentistry by focusing on how to improve your overall health and wellness. We specialize in preventive dental care, but we also offer advanced services like IV sedation and treatment for tethered oral tissues, dental implant supported tooth replacement, airway assessment, home sleep testing, myofacial therapy, and cosmetic smile makeovers.

In addition to advanced care for our adult patients, Dr. Paige Prather is passionate about working with young patients and their parents. She provides dental education for local schools and works closely with other local specialized providers to ensure that patients are receiving comprehensive therapy. Dr. Prather has helped many new mothers who are struggling to nurse due to infant lip or tongue tie.

She is also active in support groups for these new parents and acts as a resource and consultant for local hospitals, writes blogs, and provides treatments for the children when necessary. Dr. Prather even trains other providers to screen patients for signs or symptoms related to tethered oral tissues.
