If someone told you Flow or Hot Flow Yoga is a âstretch class,â theyâre incorrect. That misunderstanding has been around for a while, and itâs time to set the record straight.
Flow Yoga is a complete movement system designed to link breath with motion, building: Strength, Mobility, Endurance, and Coordination
The intensity you feel isnât because of the heat. Itâs because youâre working your body differently: functionally, intentionally, and completely. It challenges your muscles, lungs, and focus in ways that static stretching never will.
Flexibility is a byproduct, not the purpose. Youâre strengthening muscles through full ranges of motion.
Flow Yoga is where your practice is built. Itâs the foundation for training your body and mind, typically practiced 2 to 5 times per week.
