Dr. Shashirekha Shetty is an experienced board certified pediatrician in active practice for the past 14 years. She has been serving in the Nashville area since 2007. Dr. Shetty completed her medical school from the prestigious Mysore Medical College in India. Immediately afterwards Dr. Shetty completed post graduate studies in child health from the same university.

After moving to the United States she completed residency in pediatrics from Albert Einstein College of medicine (Yeshiva University) in New York. Dr. Shetty also has done a year long training in neonatology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN.

Dr. Shetty has a special interest in Developmental Pediatrics, Autism, ADHD and Obesity/Weight Management.

She enjoys cooking and is very passionate about classical music. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their two boys.
