The Challenge Center is a site-based psychiatric rehabilitation program that focuses on empowerment and recovery for adults diagnosed with varying mental illnesses.

We will be hosting an open to the public six week IN PERSON Nutrition Links Program( for adults 18 years and older)!
Location: 118 grant street franklin pa (big blue and red building)- park in the lower parking lot and come through the main door!
