The Challenge Center is a site-based psychiatric rehabilitation program that focuses on empowerment and recovery for adults diagnosed with varying mental illnesses.

We will be hosting an open to the public six week IN PERSON Nutrition Links Program( for adults 18 years and older)!
Location: 118 grant street franklin pa (big blue and red building)- park in the lower parking lot and come through the main door!

The 2025 Recovery Celebration of Hope and Healing will be held this Saturday at Bandstand Park in Franklin from 10 am to 3 pm. There will be vendors, food and drinks, games, activities, and resources. Stop by and show your support!

Thanksgiving Meal Sign Up - October 1-12th!

The St Elizabeth Center is able to provide a limited number of clients with Thanksgiving meals, this includes a Turkey and food box. Registration will be done on a first come/served basis. Clients must pick-up meal during distribution time/date; Friday, November 7th from 10 -12:30. This will be a drive-through distribution in the Center's parking lot.
One meal per registered household; Must be a registered client of SEC; if you register and fail to pickup your meal, you will be ineligible for the program in 2026.

United Way, in partnership with UPMC Health Plan and UPMC Northwest, is once again funding the National Night Out Events. These events, held on Tuesday, August 5th, encourage strong relationships between residents, law enforcement, and first responders.

This year, eight events will be held in our area at the following locations: Christ United Methodist Church, Clintonville Borough Park, Emlenton Borough (Main Street), Rocky Grove Playground, Rouseville Community Playground, South Side Neighborhood Hub (Oil City), Saint Elizabeth Center, and Titusville Fire Department.
