expected.

* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.

Don’t forget Mindy, approximately 5 year old lab mix. She can be shy at first, but she is very loving with the staff. Here she is taking a little afternoon snooze in the meet and greet room after a busy morning. She could be adopted with Mork, or on her own. Mindy has been with us for way too long!
