Your MedSpa treatment times are reserved specifically for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the physician’s and staff’s time. We understand that life happens, and should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of at least $25 and up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification ("no-call, no-show") will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. If the reservation credit card transaction is declined, the balance due will be charged to the client's spa account, and the client will be responsible for paying the balance prior to booking any future services."
