Men's Sacred Circle will be hosting a Sacred Sauna Ritual. Calling all Men to gather around the fire in ceremony. Laying down the burdens of work and the layers they're healing. To join together within Sweat, prayer and drumming. To connect with Mother Earth and to honor the warriors within.

Ice bath after sauna to bring the body, mind and spirit back to homeostasis point. This feels so invigorating after a hot sweat!

Followed by integration and a light dinner

SACRED SANCTUARY · MEN’S SAUNA RITUAL
Long before modern comfort, men gathered in heat and steam to cleanse body, spirit, and mind. In the old Germanic and Nordic traditions, sauna was a place of renewal . where fire, water, and breath restored balance and strength. We return to this ancient practice to release what no longer serves and emerge grounded, clear, and renewed.
Bring a food dish to pass
A towel inappropriate clothing like shorts and a dry pair of clothes to get back into.

For anyone attending the circle tomorrow, we will not be doing the group sweat due to current temperatures, however we will have the group circle indoors. It's still going to be a great gathering! Don't miss out!
