yoga nidra (sometimes called yogic sleep) is a guided meditative practice designed to bring your body into deep rest while your mind stays gently aware. you’ll get cozy (blankets encouraged), lie down, and be led through breath, body awareness, and simple visualization. no effort- just space to settle.
the new moon is a natural pause point. a chance to slow down, reset your nervous system, and step into the next month feeling clear and steady.
