We spend so much of life dividing everything into “good” and “bad.”
But life has never been that simple.
What we call good often carries hidden struggle.
What we call bad often carries unseen growth.
Joy holds fragility.
Pain holds awakening.
Loss carries love.
Discomfort births transformation.
The yin contains a seed of yang.
The yang carries a trace of yin.
Opposites are not enemies — they are partners in the same dance.
Suffering begins when we demand only light
and reject the shadow that gives it meaning.
Peace begins when we stop slicing life in half
and start seeing it whole.
Every ending folds into a beginning.
Every wound holds a lesson.
Every dark phase shapes the light to come.
Wisdom is not choosing the “good” over the “bad.”
Wisdom is embracing the wholeness of both.
This is balance.
This is harmony.
This is life. ☯️
