Favorite Christmas Movie: Annabelle’s Wish (of course!)
Treat of Choice: Peanut butter fudge — the rich, classic kind that tastes like home.
FABS Joy: Growth! Olivia has witnessed it all — the growth of our clients, our staff, and our entire company! She’s played a huge role in helping that growth happen, but what she loves most is watching everyone flourish year after year! She’s seen progress, resilience, change, and transformation… and celebrates every bit of it!
Holiday Tradition: Christmas Day with her kids, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents — a rare stretch of uninterrupted family time in their busy world, and a tradition she cherishes deeply!

Treat of Choice: Champurrado — warm, cozy, and absolutely perfect to prepare for elf duty!
FABS Joy: “Seeing the progress the kids make.” Nothing lights her up more than celebrating big wins, small wins, and all the growth in between!
Holiday Tradition: Growing up, her whole family gathered on Christmas Eve and stayed awake until Christmas Day — opening gifts at midnight and sleeping over together! Now, one of her favorite traditions is making Christmas desserts with her son! Sweet memories… literally!

Today we’re celebrating Terry, who has taken on the role of Jovie from Elf — not because he sings in department stores, but because his wife Arliene is Buddy the Elf… and naturally, that makes him Jovie by default (we don’t make the rules. Elf-math just works like that)!

Favorite Christmas Movie: White Christmas — a timeless classic for our timeless guy!
Treat of Choice: Peanuts… though his daughter insists it’s actually maple nut goodies and peanut brittle. (We trust her.)
FABS Joy: Watching the kids grow, learn, laugh, and getting to interact with them day after day. He’s also our proud Fix-It Grandpa, always ready to repair, build, tweak, tighten, or troubleshoot anything in sight!
Holiday Tradition: Christmas Eve with family — warm, simple, meaningful!

Terry brings steady kindness, patience, and a quiet humor (at least he thinks hes' funny) that makes FABS feel grounded and safe! Whether he’s fixing something, helping a kiddo smile, or partnering with “Buddy” Arliene in true Elf-fashion, he’s an important part of our FABS family!
