Youth Minister Ben Campos from Infusion Ministries lead our Bible Study today. He talked about number meanings and 12 meaning authority.

“When words and numbers are repeated in the Bible, it causes us to pay more attention and look for the importance,” said Minister Campos.

The number 12 is recorded 189 times. It occurs 114 times in the Old Testament and has 75 occurrences in the New Testament. The word "twelfth" is found an additional 23 times in Scripture.

The number 12 symbolizes God's perfect order, divine completeness, authority appearing frequently: 12 Tribes of Israel, the 12 Apostles of Jesus, and the New Jerusalem with its 12 gates and foundations, pointing to God's established rule and perfect plans.
