Makers discover their individuality and are proud to display it. Part 2: So where do you buy said budget friendly beginner machine?!

You could buy new from trusted retailers like (my links are in my bio please and thank you! 🩷)

You can find great used machines on Facebook Marketplace or at thrift stores! Just make sure they have all their parts and turn on/aren’t seized up!

DO NOT buy new super-cheap $30 Amazon machines! They often end up being the most frustrating place to start!!

Have you cleaned out your craft room yet?! We have the drop off dates and times for our next craft swap, so bring it on by to give it a new home!

Remember, you don't have to donate in order to come take supplies on March 14 - we always have PLENTY of supplies to go around!

Do you know an organization who could benefit from the leftover supplies after the swap? Let me know so I can contact them!

**As a reminder, we do not take donations on the day of the event**

Happy New Year! It’s time to clean out those craft rooms!!!

Join us on Saturday, March 14th from 9 a.m. - Noon at (125 South Carroll, Suite 101, Frederick MD) for our next craft swap! We’d love to take extra craft supplies and fabric off your hands! Everything that isn’t taken at the swap will be donated to various community groups - so you can feel good about parting ways with it! (Do you know of a group who could use craft supplies? Let me know and I’ll reach out!)

How does this work, you ask? Well...

✂️ We will provide drop off times for your extra fabric, sewing supplies, and crafting supplies before the event. We are only accepting drop offs before the event, not on the day of.

✂️ On the day of the event, show up ready to take LOTS of great stuff! Everything is 100% free! Get there early for the best selection! (be aware that you may have to wait in line to get in so that we can maintain a safe capacity)

✂️ You don’t have to donate in order to come take! We always have more than enough stuff!

Sooo…. Start cleaning out those craft rooms and stay tuned for some drop off times! See you there!
