Direction matters! While you're zoned out, we are solving the puzzles of tension. In most cases, the quads are released through these directional patterns. The outer leg is bulky, so dragging it away from the knee releases joint bearing. The inner leg isn't as strong. Dragging them towards the joint facilitates function and stabilization.
