Did you know that children actually need more exercise than adults to stay healthy? You'd be surprised at how easy it is to fit exercise into your everyday routine! Examples of exercise can including walking the dog, throwing and catching a ball, and climbing equipment at the park. We'd love to hear about all of the other creative ways our patients like stay active!

Thank you to all of our wonderful staff who make coming to work fun and to our imaginative patients who keep everyday a new adventure. We are excited to see you back in office tomorrow for our last day of reduced holiday hours!

Cold and snow have arrived to the Frederick area... and, unfortunately, so have all of the winter viruses! The good news is, that most of these viruses will resolve with time and supportive care. Remind your kids to wash their hands frequently to prevent spread!
