🌟Owner Spotlight: Kyle Staley

💙What drew you to Amber Hill originally?
“I started at Amber Hill as a tech in 2011 right out of high school. I quickly realized it was a place where therapists are encouraged to think critically, keep learning, and truly individualize care. The team culture and commitment to excellence really stood out to me.”

🎯What do you want Amber Hill to be known for?
“I want Amber Hill to be known as a place where patients truly come first. From the first visit to the last, every patient should feel supported, heard, and confident their therapist is fully committed to helping them succeed. I also want it to be a place where employees collaborate, grow, and share strong core values.”

🏠Why is serving Frederick County meaningful to you?
“I was born and raised in Frederick County, so it means a lot to give back to the community that helped shape me.”

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦Fun fact:
Proud dad to two little ones. Landon (almost 3) and Evelyn (6 months) keep life busy and fun.

⚾Outside the clinic:
You’ll find him spending time with family, going to Orioles, Commanders, or Wizards games, or spending weekends in Solomons Island riding jet skis, fishing, and crabbing.
