Carleah and board member, Brittnee Bulagay, attended the Cornerstone for Women Leaders Flourish event last night ❤️✨️

On behalf of Andrea’s House, a huge thank you to Shadae Paul — this event was both inspiring and thought-provoking. Thank you for sharing your vision and your wisdom with all of us.

Dr. Nicole Davis and Sandra Hofmeister… you were absolutely AMAZING panelists! Your honesty, insight, and encouragement poured into every woman in the room.

May God continue to bless each of you in ALL that you do, and may He continue to raise up women leaders who create spaces of healing, purpose, and hope. 🌱💛

Listen to a glimpse of Jessica’s story.

Sometimes, our women choose to share their journey — not for applause, but for healing… and for hope.

No microphones.
No lighting setup.
No script.

Just raw truth from a survivor rebuilding her life one courageous step at a time.

At Andrea’s House, we honor every story — especially the ones spoken from the heart.

Today, Carleah sat down with our friend and community partner, Jenn Alcorn for Frederick, to talk about the heart behind Andrea’s House — why we do this work, who we serve, and what real transformation looks like when women are given a safe, faith-based space to heal and rebuild their lives alongside their children.

Every conversation like this is an opportunity to share hope, reduce stigma, and remind our community that recovery is possible.

Thank you, Jenn, for helping lift up the stories that matter. 💛🏠

✨ Last night, we had the honor of attending the Partnership to End Addiction Gala — an inspiring evening surrounded by leaders and advocates who share our mission of hope, healing, and recovery.

It was wonderful reconnecting with so many partners and supporters in this space, whose dedication to addressing addiction and mental health continues to make an incredible impact. 💜

Together, we’re building a future where recovery is possible for every family.

📣 Important Update from Andrea’s House

Our Vice Chair, Makayla, is speaking out about the upcoming pause on SNAP benefits starting November 1st — with no clear date for when or if they’ll resume.

This is devastating for the women and children we serve. Many of our residents rely on SNAP to provide daily meals and basic nutrition while they work to rebuild their lives. Without these benefits, their path to stability becomes even harder.

To help fill this urgent gap, our goal is to raise $5,000 by December 2nd — Giving Tuesday. Every dollar goes directly toward feeding the mothers and children in our care during this difficult time.

💗 Honoring Andrea’s Legacy 💗

Today, our founder Carleah Summers is attending the 1st Annual Blazers & Brooches Breast Cancer Awareness Brunch— a beautiful celebration of strength, style, and solidarity.

This event holds deep meaning for us. Andrea’s House was named in honor of Carleah’s late aunt, Andrea, whose courage and grace in her battle with breast cancer continue to inspire everything we do. Her spirit lives on in the mission of Andrea’s House — to empower women to rebuild their lives with dignity, faith, and love.

As we stand in pink today, we remember Andrea and every woman whose story reminds us that healing is possible — body, mind, and soul. 💕

🌿 Faith in Action 🌿

Today, we had a wonderful conversation with our friends from Living Water Shower Ministry about how we can work together to serve our community. 🤝

As faith-based organizations, we share a common goal — to provide hope, dignity, and restoration for those in need. We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and explore new ways to lift up those we serve. 💙

The beginning

Remembering God’s promise and acting on it in her life, Carleah Phillips Summers founded the Rainbow of Love Recovery Foundation.

Putting her education, knowledge, personal battle with addiction, and years of experience in the addiction and recovery field and her deep and abiding faith in God; she aspires to empower, evangelize and bring hope to women, recovering from the disease of addiction.
