One question we get a lot is what we actually eat during our resets. Here’s what to expect if you’re signed up or thinking about doing it:

In weeks 1 and 3, the focus is on whole, nourishing foods like fish, meat, beans, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then in week 2, we take a short break from meat and fish. Not because we think everyone needs to eat vegan, and not because those foods are inherently bad. It is simply a strategic way to lighten the load for the body for one week.

For many people, heavier proteins can take more work to process. When you remove them briefly, it can create a noticeable sense of lightness and help digestion feel less burdened. This is often the point in the program where people really start to feel a shift.

The goal is not perfection or restriction. It is giving the body a structured chance to reset in a way that feels supportive and doable👍
