What a crazy storm that was that just rolled through! The powerful winds blew open our CLOSED door and ripped it off the hinges! Thanks to a local handyman friend, the door has been safely locked into place until a more permanent fix can be made.

Unfortunately, however; this means we will be CLOSED this Saturday (5/17). We do plan to reopen on Monday, crossing fingers!! ⛈️⛈️⛈️

Come in and get adjusted and we will work on your shoulder problems. We will get you all straightened out so that you can go back to destroying your neck all over again. Lol!

We will also provide guidance for home exercises and stretches, so that hopefully you can get a handle on this at home.

Another fun AI image for Facebook. These are fun because the image never comes out how I want it to. Sometimes when I show a person a stretch to do at home I wonder if they are getting it right when they try it later.

Stretching at your computer is something we all should do if we work at a desk.

I asked AI to create an image of a person stretching their hamstrings. My results were not that great. But this stretch will suffice! Any stretching is probably better than no stretching.

We spend time stretching pretty much every person we see in our office. Rather than rely on the Internet for health advice, maybe call us! We will provide handouts in case something gets lost in translation ;-)

Tomorrow I have a 30-minute 9:30am appointment that just became available today.

If you HAVE BEEN HERE before and haven't been in recently because you are UNINSURED or otherwise not feeling too wealthy these days, then call today before 5:40pm or tomorrow right at 9am, and it's your appointment for no charge (1st come 1st serve). I know this is last-minute, but, hey, that's what it is.

Hopefully this reaches someone who could use some relief and who has been putting off taking care of themselves.
