>Taking just 5 minutes can make a difference.
>Close your eyes to block out other distractions.
>Feel your feet on the floor.
>Focus on your breath.
>Feel the air as comes in through your nose. Feel it filling your lungs.
>Be aware of the breath as it leaves your body.
>Alternately, you may want to focus on a calming word such as love, peace, relax.
>If you notice your mind wandering, and it likely will, just gently bring it back to the breath or your chosen word.
>Repeat as often as you like throughout the day.
