It's National Hiking Day! There's not much better way to get some exercise and enjoy the wonders of nature, boosting your body and your mind at the same time.
Regular exercise improves your health and lengthens your life. But this doesn't mean you have to spend long hours within the walls of a gym or be confined to the sidewalks of your neighborhood. Take a hike instead!
