We’re excited to officially announce 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗞𝗶𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗟𝗖𝗦𝗪-𝗖, 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at ClearView Communities 🌿

Victoria’s journey with us began in 2017, and her growth within our organization — combined with her clinical experience in hospital-based psychiatric settings — makes her uniquely positioned to guide families and referral partners from first call through successful transition. Her deep understanding of our residents and our model ensures a seamless, clinically grounded admissions and disposition process.

We’re grateful to have her leadership in this role, and thankful that Katie Lentz continues to support our work through Insurance Utilization Review.

When parents entrust us with their child’s care, it’s a responsibility we never take lightly.

Hearing that a family feels “very, very lucky” to have found ClearView Communities means everything to our team. Our mission is to provide the structure, clinical integration, and genuine care young adults need to stabilize and confidently move toward independent living.

Our team participated in an impactful in-person staff training led by Travis Walter, LCSW-C, who shared an immersive perspective on what it is like to live with auditory hallucinations.

Experiential learning like this deepens empathy, strengthens clinical understanding, and helps us show up more effectively for the residents we serve each day. We are grateful for opportunities that continue to grow our team’s compassion and skill in supporting complex mental health needs.

A heartfelt thank you to the Mental Health Association of Frederick County Mobile Crisis Services for the vital work you do in our community and for helping make meaningful trainings like this possible.

Watching our residents discover and share their passions is one of the most meaningful parts of our community. 💚🌱

One of our residents recently completed a special creative project—beautiful handmade succulent planters, each thoughtfully arranged with three succulents, moss, and decorative stones. Succulents are easy to care for and thrive in office settings with minimal watering, making them a perfect gift to brighten a workspace.

As part of his weekly volunteering, this resident cares for the succulent and cacti section of our greenhouse and truly enjoys curating arrangements. From that passion, this project naturally grew.

These planters are now being shared with our staff for their offices, and he personally selected and delivered each one. We love seeing residents supported by staff while celebrating their creativity, skills, and interests.

We’re excited to share that ClearView Communities is now 𝗶𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮.

These expanded partnerships help reduce financial barriers and support smoother transitions into clinically appropriate residential care for young adults with complex mental health needs.

We value our collaboration with referring providers and hospital systems and remain committed to clear communication, continuity of care, and thoughtful discharge planning.

Over the ten months we’ve been voting for this recognition, Sarina has been nominated an incredible six times—a true reflection of the impact she makes every day at ClearView Communities. Sarina currently serves in several roles, and we are so grateful for the dedication, heart, and leadership she brings to each one.

Sarina was hired in August 2020 and promoted to Senior House Manager in January 2022—and she’s coming up on her 4-year anniversary as Senior House Manager. In addition to working full-time, she is currently enrolled in a Master’s program and completing her required internship with our clinical team—a true testament to her drive and commitment to growth.
