ThriveUSA establishes a new standard in Home Care with our personalized, holistic approach to coaching our clients to heal, live independently, and ultimately Thrive. While most home care agencies are concerned with only treating the most superficial points of impact for their patients, we consult with our clients to really understand what is ailing them and we help establish goals in any aspects of their lives they feel a need to improve upon; including physically, emotionally, personally, and professionally. ThriveUSA has taken over 20 years of experience and developed its personalized approach to home care where the clients’ needs and goals are tended to by our highly trained Personal Care Coaches (PCC). Our PCCs have a wide range of specialties and degrees and are individually paired with clients based on the level of care needed and goals they are wanting to achieve. This personalized approach has been shown to shorten downtime, increase energy levels, promote independence and improve interpersonal relationships.

Sam Nunez of The Frederick Rescue Mission gave us a tour of the life-changing work happening right in our backyard — free groceries, free clothing, and a safe place for those battling poverty and addiction to find hope.

And alongside him was Thrive USA’s own Danny Rodriguez, CEO and nationally accredited VA officer, who shows up regularly to sit with veterans, hear their stories, and help them access the benefits they’ve earned.

Webb VFW Post 3285) sat down with Deputy Secretary of Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families Jimmy Anderson, President & CEO at The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce Rick Weldon, and SVP and chief mission & education officer Katrina Thurman, Veteran Services Center at Goodwill Manager Chris Alley, and Phillip Munley Director of Benefits and Services Program Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families to talk strategy.
