What is EMDR?
EMDR is a structured, research-supported therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. By using guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sound), EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories. Many clients experience improved emotional regulation, reduced symptoms of anxiety or trauma, and an increased sense of resilience.
