Licensed therapists from 8 local Frederick practices have paired off to co-facilitate 4 one hour Finding Strength Together sessions on Mondays 12-1:00 p.m. (11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 (new date added).

This is a free online group to connect, share, and cope during uncertain times.
-Manage stress with practical tools
-Break out of isolation
-Build hope and resilience

What to expect:
- A welcoming, judgment-free space to check in, be heard, and connect with others who are navigating similar challenges.

-Lightly guided discussions led by trained facilitators to help you reflect, regulate, and build insight—no pressure to share more than you want.

-Practical grounding tools and coping strategies you can take with you after the group.

-Opportunities for community support, mutual encouragement, and feeling less alone in what you’re carrying.

-Information on therapy services for individuals, couples and families

-Confidentiality and mutual respect
