Last chance for a Babysitter class for a while! Due to a crazy schedule, we will not be offering this class again until fall. This class is geared for kids ages 11+. They will get their certifications in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED, First Aid, and Babysitting. Each student goes home with a babysitter activity bag, first aid kit, and book. Class is held in Frederick, MD. Check out our website for more information or to register.

In this 8 hour class, students will learn what it takes to become a safe, fun, professional babysitter along with learning standard first aid.

What a great and exhausting weekend! John was out at Pohick Bay with EX2 Adventures taking care of our friends out there. Saleena did a second day at the NICA coaches summit teaching the 8-hr MTB first aid class. Always a good day hanging out with friends.

What a great day! The coaches from WV and MD NICA were awesome and full of great questions. A long day but a good one!

We have several NICA-8hr, MTB First Aid classes coming up! You do not have to be a NICA coach to take this class, it is designed for anyone that loves mountain biking (or gravel). We will not be adding any more of these classes to the calendar this year, so get it while you can! Get a full description of the class, class locations, and register on our website.
