It was so much fun training this past weekend at Eileen McKusick’s Biofield Tuning school in Vermont. I miss these ppl already. And I miss the beautiful city of Burlington. It’s seriously the kindest city I’ve ever been to. They’re doing something right up there.

I’m going to be taking Eileen McKusick’s Level 1 course on Tuning the Human Biofield in Vermont in August. I’m so excited. I’ve been using tuning forks during bodywork sessions since first reading her book “Tuning the Human Biofield” about six years ago.

I’ve found that using tuning forks, both weighted and unweighted, have helped my clients manage chronic pain and move stuck energy. It also helps with symptoms of PTSD and all forms of trauma because you don’t have to necessarily relive the trauma with this form of sound healing. It’s an instantaneous re-attunement process for those snags of energy in our etheric/plasma auric field. Having certain frequencies mirrored back to our system allows the system to come back into harmonic resonance and heal.

Sound healing in general is like giving your body much-needed vitamins and nutrients. I’m so excited to finally meet Eileen after all of these years practicing with the tuning forks at my own studio and seeing the incredible results. 🫶🏻✨
