🧠 ✨ What’s happening in the brain when we expand positive beliefs through brain based therapy:
⚡️ Old wiring gets re-wired: Traumatic or stressful experiences get stored in the brain’s limbic system (especially the amygdala & hippocampus) in a raw, emotionally charged way; often disconnected from time, logic, or a sense of safety.
(Examples: “I’m not safe,” “I’m not good enough,” or “I have no control.”)
🔗 Processing & linking: Using brain based therapies + eye movements helps the brain integrate that memory.
