During Long Term Care Administrators Week, we recognize the dedicated leaders who guide our communities every day.

Administrators are present for residents and families, supportive of their Care Teams, and steady through the challenges that come with leading in long term care. Their leadership helps create communities where compassion, quality care, and teamwork come first.

We often talk about the Power of BE and the importance of choosing how we show up each day. Our Administrators live this out by being thoughtful leaders, strong advocates, and trusted mentors to their teams.
