Our 2026 theme, The Power of BE, reminds us that leadership isn’t just about a title. It’s about who you choose to BE when no one is watching. Our leaders live these principles and choose to BE the Heart of Journey every day.

From past presidents to the everyday leaders in our communities and Care Teams, the power to lead starts with choosing who we show up as.
