Join Us for our Community Day event on 31 May 2025. Festivities start at 10 am and the event will go (tentatively) till 3 pm and this event is completely free, tips are welcome but not required.

We will meet at the Bandshell. Community Day will consist of Meditation, Yoga, and a Mindfulness walk around Baker Park in Downtown Frederick.

Once the walk is complete the team will be available for a Q&A about the event, healing, modalities, and have tools of the trade on hand.

All are welcome. All are wanted. This event is about community, healing, and connecting in with ourselves. Join us!!!

On Saturday and Sunday Sean attended a Home Apothecary class at Tonic Herb Shop in Shepherdstown, WV. The class was very informative and very motivating for Sean to grow his own herbs for healing purposes.

At the class Sean learned how to make Elderberry Syrup, Herb infused Vinegars, Herb infused Oils, Salves, Tincures, and Glycerines.

Here at Pop Up Healing we believe that education is a pillar of our practice. Not only educating ourselves but also educating the community we serve. We believe that we empower you, the consumers to be able to heal yourself through our educational sessions.
