If you have lost a loved one to su***de, you are not alone.

It is common for su***de survivors to experience severe grief, guilt, anger, depression, forgetfulness and even thoughts of su***de themselves. You may even experience physical symptoms such as headaches, loss of appetite and the inability to sleep. Often survivors find help by meeting with others who have been through a similar experience.

Our Survivors of Su***de Support Group is:
• A way to share your loss with others and receive support from those who have been there
• A safe place to share experiences and support each other on a journey toward healing
• Led by a peer facilitator who has also experienced loss to su***de

Unfortunately, people ARE using AI for mental health, and it's led me to add this question to the Client History Questionnaire I have all new clients complete prior to intake: Does the client use AI/Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Genesis, etc.) for companionship, reassurance, or emotional advice?
