What a deeply moving and meaningful morning! ✨

My friend and colleague, Anne Arena, MA, CAS, and I joined thousands of others in Annapolis, MD to welcome the Venerable Monks and attend the Peace Gathering on their final day (Day 110) of their 2,300 mile Walk for Peace. 🀍

The Walk for Peace is a mindful pilgrimage rooted in compassion, nonviolence, and global harmony. Step by step, the Buddhist Monks walk to raise awareness for peace in our communities and in our world reminding us that peace begins within each of us.

Grateful to witness such a moving expression of unity, reflection, and hope. πŸ™

"Today is going to be my peaceful day." πŸ’“
