Hi Frederick friends and family! - Allow me to introduce our awesome owner!

Dean works from the philosophy of helping empower people to change by leveraging their own strengths, values, and skills. He believes in not simply changing one's circumstances or problems, but the way they relate to them. To meet people where they are, but not leave them there. Whether its mentoring the next generation of clinicians or walking alongside a client in their mental health journey, Dean is always on mission to provide a new perspective!

We are asking for your help! We have run free psychoeducational groups in the past and we are hoping to plan more, but we would love your feedback. What are you struggling with?
