One year ago today, Frederick Health earned our second Magnet® designation from the ANCC - American Nurses Credentialing Center.

This recognition reflects the way our teams care for patients; with compassion, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to dignity and respect.

Magnet® is more than a credential. It’s the result of teamwork, collaboration, and a shared dedication to delivering the highest standard of care for our community.

Every day, our nurses and care teams bring to life what it truly means to be Your Community of Care, showing up for neighbors, families, and friends with skill, heart, and humanity.

To everyone who makes that level of care possible, thank you for the difference you make in the lives of those we serve.
