The weather should be just warm enough on Saturday to enjoy the lawn at Grand Central at Milam.

We look forward to these classes every month, since we know making it to the studio in the week can be difficult at times.

Enjoy your coffee and then make your way over to move with us!

Class starts at 10 on the lawn of Grand Central at Milam

Sometimes life gets Tangled. Twisted. Turned.
Often in ways we never knew how to prepare for.
Every time we are surprised and impressed by just how capable we truly are.

This is one of the many reminders that yoga teaches us. It’s through physical poses that speak directly to emotional clarity. All subtleties and expressions leading to the heart of why we practice. Alignment between our internal and external world.

Gratitude is our attitude.

Each time you step onto your yoga mat is an opportunity to gratitude for all the layers of you.

Thankful for all that you have been able to do.
Thankful for all that you are doing right now.
Thankful for all that you are going to do.

Acknowledging with authenticity that who you are right now is because of who you have been. Who you are becoming is because of who you are right now. Full of unlimited potential.

For times that it feels hard to remember this, stop by. We are here to remind you, of you.

What CAN you do?

Recently there was a conversation about, what is the best class for beginners, and honestly, all classes. Yes, we move at different paces and use different cues in classes, but ultimately it is less about thinking “what you can’t do” and more about “what you can do”.

Every time we show up to classes, there are variety of distractions-physically and mentally- that change your experience. Give yourself patience and grace with this.

When you pick which class you want, keep in mind what those distractions are. Then select a class that holds space for where you are that day. Choosing the class that meets you where you are AND where you want to be.

We will take the rest from there, together.

With 13 yoga classes a week to help keep you moving with ease.

We sincerely love getting to share space with you and offering opportunities to connect to yourself, your breath, your body, and your community.

Meet Veronica!
Now Teaching Mondays at 8:30AM

Veronica is a yoga teacher and mom of two who first fell in love with the practice back in college and never looked back. She completed her 200RYT in 2018 and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since.

Between teaching and raising her littles, she’s found a way of leading class that makes you feel supported, confident, and right at home in your body.

Her classes are an invitation to show up just as you are, breathe a little deeper, and maybe even surprise yourself along the way. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and a little lighter than when you walked in.

We’ve been polished, poised, and pampered… now it’s time to get a little feral.

The next Good Foundation retreat is for your Wild Woman — the one who dances under the stars, laughs loudly, and wears the dress that’s been saved for “someday.”

Details are still forming, but trust us — you’ll want in.

Elderberry medicine not only offers excellent immune support, but is delicious and loved by people of all ages.

Wednesday November 5th at 6pm!

Join her for an evening getting to know more about this important herbal ally, exploring recipes and making our own batch of delicious elderberry syrup to take home. Elderberry syrup makes an excellent holiday gift that you can make at home after class for your friends!

Lauren Peterson began her herbal studies with Sacred Journey School of Herbalism in Austin in 2014 and fell so deeply in love with the plants that she never left!

She now helps run the school and has been teaching with founder Ginger Webb since 2017. She founded her own herbal business, White Deer Apothecary, in 2015 and makes small batch herbal medicines, private label herbal products, offers plant walks & classes, and sees clients for herbal consultations.

Lauren’s passion for plants grew from her desire to deepen her connection with the natural world and nurture relationships that allow healing to take place. Her favorite places to be are outdoors, in the kitchen, and on the dance floor.
