Please take action TBP family! They are proposing a 20 hour per week cap for Medicaid families.

As Virginia lawmakers finalize the state budget, proposed language could severely restrict ABA services and cap hours for children in need. Due to the continued inclement weather and icy road conditions TBP, Virginia- King George and Fredericksburg will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27th. We hope to be open on Wednesday!

Win!

The committee found that by the DoD’s own standards, ABA services met medical evidence and should be covered as a TRICARE basic benefit.

And

The policies placed unnecessary burdens on military families and ABA providers.
